Gougane Barra, reflected in the lake surrounding the island that Saint Finbarr, patron saint of Cork, and the monks built this beautiful little church. One of the oldest known monastic sites in Ireland, dating back to 6th century.
About Joe Ormonde
Joe Ormonde is a Photographer based in County Tipperary, in the south east of Ireland. The majority of Joe's work is from around his local area, constantly combing the Comeragh Mountains, and the valley of Slievenamon for some new material.
